HOV Rhinestone Stencil Flock is easy to cut with virtually any vinyl cutter or craft cutter on the market and is very economical. Cut your rhinestone stencil with ease and apply them to a rhinestone backer board or to itself. Stencils can use used over and over indefinitely. For the best results we recommend a 60° blade but we have had success using a 45° blade also.
HOV Stencil Flock Specifications:
- Material thickness: Approximately 19 mils thick (25 mils including the backing paper)
- Not for use with a laser cutter
